Our vision for Marriage Ministries is to love and serve couples by encouraging and equipping them to love and serve one another. Our goal is to create a culture of healthy marriages through prayer, discipleship, practical skills/training and community & accountability. Every relationship is unique, and it requires work. Marriage Mentoring

New North Couples will benefit from wisdom and experience as they are paired with seasoned Mentor couples who will prayerfully walk alongside you and support your relationship. Mentors will use the SYMBIS assessment as a resource tool to help couples gain insight and develop skills to strengthen their marriage bond. No matter what stage you find your marriage in, having a mentor couple for support is a priceless gift.

Premarital Counseling

Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) is a comprehensive marriage program designed specifically for today’s couples by a couple.The SYMBIS pre-marriage assessment will help you identify skills and strengths which will help you begin your  marriage journey on a solid foundation. One of our marriage mentors will go over the report with you.

This is for New North members only. If you would like to have a New North pastor officiate your wedding or do premarital counseling, you can begin the process by signing up below.  The cost for the course is $35 per couple.

The Marriage Course

The Marriage Course runs over seven sessions, and each session begins with sharing dinner as a couple, followed by a fun, insightful video covering topics that are relevant for every couple.

Over 7 sessions, the course covers: strengthening connection, communication, resolving conflict, the power of forgiveness, the impact of family, intimacy and love in action.
