Where is New North Church meeting on Sundays?
We’re meeting at our temporary San Francisco campus located on:
We rent Lake Merced Church of Christ’s (LMCC) auditorium and classroom spaces all week long. On Sunday’s, you might see LMCC’s congregation as they meet on the campus at 10:45am. We’ve been working alongside their leadership team and have a great relationship with them. Even though we are two different churches, we are working together to make and mature followers of Jesus Christ.
We are continuing to pursue a permanent facility on the upper Peninsula. You can learn more about the future of our church here.
What time should I arrive? Is there parking?
We know it’s hard to find parking in San Francisco, but don’t fret! We have a parking lot with ample of spots. Our parking attendants can’t wait to usher you into the courtyard and into service located in the sanctuary. We recommend coming 10-15 minutes earlier to beat the rush and find your way into service.
What do I wear?
New North is a casual and authentic environment. You can wear jeans and a t-shirt or your Sunday best. Most of us dress for comfort. We want you to feel comfortable too.
What about my kids?
This is not just daycare, at New North Kids, it’s our mission from a young age to make and mature more followers of Christ. Our kids ministry welcomes nursery through elementary school students at both our 9am and 11am services for engaging songs, a bible lesson and fun crafts or games! We meet in the Education Building, right next to the sanctuary. Check out New North kids at newnorth.church/kids.
We also offer a family room for nursing mothers or infants located above the sanctuary.
What do you offer for middle schoolers and high schoolers?
On Sundays, we offer middle school service during the 9am and high school service during the 11am. You can drop your students off at the Student Room located in the education building. Learn more about high school life groups during the week and other student events at newnorth.church/students.
