OUR ROOTS IN THE BAY AREA
New North Church is a nondenominational Christian Church in San Francisco, serving the communities in SF, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame and San Mateo. You may not be able to tell from the outside, but New North Church is actually part of a lineage of Bay Area churches that dates all the way back to the 1960’s.
Before becoming New North Church, we were the North Campus of Central Peninsula Church (or CPC North for short), a well-established church based in Foster City. After 40 years of ministry, CPC commissioned a team of 100 committed people to start a new church campus in Millbrae, a step of faith to expand the reach of the gospel in the Bay Area.

On January 11, 2009, the church launched Sunday services in the auditorium of Mills High School, creating a space for people to gather, worship and study the Bible together. As the church grew, it relocated to 300 Piedmont Avenue, the former Crestmoor High School in San Bruno, continuing to build a strong, multigenerational and multiethnic Christian community.
BECOMING NEW NORTH CHURCH
On July 1, 2017, CPC North officially re-launched as an independent church body known as New North Church. While our name changed, our foundation did not. We remain connected to CPC through shared theology, and a commitment to teaching the Bible and forming disciples of Jesus.

Today, New North Church meets at 777 Brotherhood Way in San Francisco and is minutes away from Lake Merced, San Francisco State University (SFSU), Stonestown, Ingleside, West Portal, Sunset District and Daly City. We are a growing, multiethnic and multigenerational church where people can find community, learn who Jesus is and grow in their faith. We gather for Sunday Services both in person and online, creating space for worship, teaching and connection at 8:30am, 10am and 12pm.
Beyond Sundays, we are a church that meets throughout the week. Our midweek ministries include community groups, Bible studies for men and women, and fellowships for young adults, as well as ministries for middle school, high school and college students and kids.
