• LEAD | Coordination and administration of Band, Vocal Teams, Service Programming and Stage Management Teams, which includes all processes pertaining to volunteers training, scheduling, communication, and on-boarding while providing genuine care for the well-being of the team in conjunction with the Worship & Creative Core Team.
  
  
• MANAGE | Ongoing Planning Center (PCO) and roster maintenance for all volunteers. Tracks budgets and check requests. Coordinates agreements and booking for guest worship leaders or artists, including travel, hotel and hospitality. Helps prepare weekly music sets for worship teams and weekly stage setups in coordination with the Production Manager. Recruits choir volunteers and executes choir tasks seasonally. Oversees Auditions and ongoing Worship & Creative assimilation processes.
  
  

• MAINTAIN | Current standards of operation for current and future systems, firmware and computer updates, improving systems and execution while pioneering new ways that raise production value and the serving experience for musicians and teams. The Worship Coordinator is an Information hub and liaison for W&C Community and teams. Aids in the setup, execution, coordination and breakdown for services, recordings, rehearsals, and any media that is released or curated by NNC with our vendors and partners

• STEWARD | New North Church's resources and equipment including the maintenance, inventory, upkeep and upgrading of existing equipment, keeping things neat, organized and clutter free. Assists with maintenance of musical and technical equipment. Interfaces with Production Manager while serving as the main programmer of Ableton Live suite or Playback weekly. Recommends, develops, and implements ideas, goals, and approaches.

Skills:

• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Planning Center Online, Ableton Live, Playback
• Proficiency in at least one key musical instrument
• Technical aptitude in areas relating to worship and bands
• Providing administrative support to W&C Pastor and Teams
• Preparing meeting matters ahead of time; documenting meeting and issuing meeting minutes
• Ability to continually build upon networks of local artists (vocalists, musicians, dancers, speakers) spearheading a core value of Kingdom collaboration
• Available to lead worship on occasion
• Leadership presence in the Sunday worship environments
• Other tasks as deemed necessary by the W&C Pastor

• Competent knowledge of multiple musical and artistic genres as expressions of worship
• Strong team player - with a positive attitude across the board
• Highly adaptable, works efficiently in a fluid and quick-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Successfully executes against multiple projects and deadlines 
• Demonstrates solid written and verbal communication skills 
• Detail-oriented with exceptional followthrough\
• Demonstrates initiative for process improvement; anticipates needs and exercises sound judgment
• Shows passion for learning new skills
