Previously part of an international study group focused on child growth and development in Reggio Emilia, Italy in 2010, and a classroom teacher in San Francisco for 10 years, Sam is absolutely in his element here at New North. He has a desire to teach and mentor children with patience and an accepting heart while igniting within them a desire to have a genuine relationship with Jesus. Sam is known for his love for God and his family and for his pride in being a great papa.

He hails from Baltimore, Maryland and moved to the Bay Area in August of 2018 after teaching English in mainland China for four years. Scott has an insatiable desire to learn about different cultures and languages, and simply enjoys getting to know anyone who comes from a different background, with the hope of sharing the good news of Jesus with them. His favorite thing to do is to travel to new states, cities, and countries trying new cuisines with his wife, best friend, and traveling partner, Ariel.

Craig’s studies in songwriting at Berklee College of Music have grown his passion for music and using those skills and passions for the church. When Craig is not on stage, you can find him with his Birkenstocks at your local hipster coffee shop, dreaming up a new song.

A Hayward native, he worked as a youth pastor and campus pastor in Las Vegas before returning to the Bay Area several years ago. He is our primary communicator to the church body, sharing the vision and engaging with people from all backgrounds to genuinely get to know them. He almost never forgets a face or name! Rob is a self-proclaimed coffee snob and an avid admirer of the 1965 Ford Mustang. He is an adventurous bibliomaniac who loves his family, his church, and his Jesus.

Her background in TV news serves her well when it comes to telling stories of how Jesus has worked in the lives of our church and keeping you updated through our website, newsletters, and Sunday services. As a SF native, Lauren loves ranking cafes for the best croissants and coffee. When she's not baking bread, you can find her climbing rocks with her community group!

She collaborates with ministry leaders to embed spiritual formation across the church and also oversees several adult ministries, including Community Groups, Marriage Ministry, Women’s Bible Study, MomCo, and Young Adults. This San Francisco native is married to her husband Tim and is a mom of four, plus one spunky pup! When she's not exploring new places and restaurants, she loves reading, writing and random trivia. She cannot live without coffee, tacos, colorful pens and cozy sweaters!

She oversees HR, Operations, and Finances. Crystal hails from the Central Valley and loves reading, coffee, hiking, and visiting museums! Her favorite is the Legion Of Honor in San Francisco!

Missy has a big heart for people and animals. In her free time, you can find her on the beach reading or walking her two adorable pups! Ask her about her photo collection of cute animals and you won't be disappointed!

Kevin has served in the United States Air Force for 20+ years and is excited to transition into vocational ministry. He is passionate about building relationships and loves watching Jesus transform lives. In his spare time, he picks up toys, looks for lost legos, and dodges nerf bullets from his three young kids.

She is passionate about leading others into the presence of God with influence in Spanish and English ministry environments, both regionally and internationally. Her deep love for the church and commitment to the Great Commission drive her belief that worshippers pave the way in fulfilling God’s mission. Known for her caring and nurturing spirit, Leann pours her heart into her ministry and her family. She is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and two beloved dogs. Outside of church, Leann enjoys cooking, hairstyling, and creating beautiful memories with her girls.

Jordan is a Bay Area native with a big heart, a love for good food, and a serious passion for the Warriors. When he's not cheering on his favorite sports team or trying a new local spot, you’ll find him keeping our campus beautiful and welcoming for everyone.

One of her favorite things about serving in vocational ministry is the opportunity to encourage and support the relational aspect of Christian community through fellowship! She's originally from Mississippi and has been in California for the last five years working in vocational ministry. Annabella loves talking about life in the South and enjoys making a few favorite Southern family recipes. She also enjoys hiking, puzzling/boardgames, and catching up on life at boba shops.

Miguel is a SF native who loves to eat great food, make music, and golf. A fun fact is that he's played guitar in a stadium and has a life long dream to open a restaurant.

Nathan recently moved from Southern California to join our team and be closer to his lovely fiancée, Cesy, a Bay Area native. He’s passionate about building meaningful relationships where youth and young adults feel known, loved, challenged, and encouraged to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. In his free time, you can find Nathan playing basketball, strumming his guitar, gaming, or working on video projects. He also enjoys sitcoms, collecting sports memorabilia, and hunting for Pokémon cards.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her family— her husband and our two young boys. They love going on walks, exploring new parks, and spending time with friends and extended family. A fun fact about Amber is that she's also a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Behavior Analyst!

Ron is an SF native who spent over a decade in the tech industry before stepping into ministry! He's married to his wife Melissa and together they have 3 kids (plus their dog, Bailey) and love building community through shared experiences and playdates. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, discovering great matcha, and exploring the best local food spots. A fun fact: Ron and Melissa are self-proclaimed “unprofessional” escape room enthusiasts, having completed over 50 rooms across the Bay Area and beyond.
