• Has there ever been a situation in your life where you abandoned your own desires and wanted God to do whatever He wanted in your life? What were the results of those prayers?

Rachael says there will be roadblocks to our desire to pray: shame that leads to silence, forgetting that we’re family, and a season of long suffering and loneliness.

Rachael says the same spirit that gives us a desire to pray, also gives us eyes to see people around us who we can cover in prayer and come close to. Is there anyone around you who you can pray for and draw close to?
